hmm… definitely not my kind of game..disny

-Video game players of all ages can now embark on an exciting, immersive journey through New Orleans, inspired by the highly anticipated Disney animated musical film “The Princess and the Frog.” The Princess and the Frog for Wii™, Nintendo DS™, and Windows-based PC are available today in retail stores nationwide. This holiday season, families everywhere will be able to live out their own fairytales when they join Disney’s newest princess, Tiana, as she, along with familiar characters from the movie and new friends, takes on challenges and pursues adventures in the vibrant settings of New Orleans and the bayou.

“The Princess and the Frog will bring families together as they celebrate memorable moments from the movie and interact with its beloved characters,” said Craig Relyea, senior vice president of global marketing, Disney Interactive Studios. “Young girls everywhere will feel empowered and inspired to dream just like Princess Tiana.”

Big Screen!™, the newest videogame in the Scene It?® family of entertainment trivia games. Scene It? Bright Lights! Big Screen! is the first videogame in the Scene It? franchise available for Wii™ and PlayStation®3 computer entertainment systems, and marks a return for the brand to Xbox 360® videogame and entertainment system from Microsoft.

Havok™ today announced that Capcom®’s highly anticipated Resident Evil®: The Darkside Chronicles uses Havok Physics™ ─ taking the sequel to Capcom’s million-plus selling hit title to the next level on the Nintendo Wii™ platform. The game hits store shelves tomorrow, November 17. In August, Havok announced that Capcom’s three recently shipped worldwide blockbusters Lost Planet®, Dead Rising®, and Resident Evil® 5 were developed using the Havok Physics technology.

THEM CROOKED VULTURES’ “NEW FANG” PREMIERES ON ROCK BAND

Hmm… Lots of Rock Band new today eh?!

- Harmonix and MTV Games today announced that Them Crooked Vultures are premiering on Rock Band beginning next week with “New Fang,” the single from the band’s self-titled debut album. The song will be added to the Rock Band Music Store and LEGO Rock Band Music Store of downloadable content for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation® 3 computer entertainment system and Wii.

ROCK BAND ADDS AFI FIVE-PACK AND THE BANGLES!!

Harmonix and MTV Games today announced that a five pack of tracks from AFI and a single from The Bangles will be added next week to the Rock Band Music Store of downloadable content for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation® 3 computer entertainment system and Wii. Tracks from Dead Kennedys and Sleater-Kinney will be available for download next week for Rock Band Unplugged on PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system.
